Having experienced excellent customer service when I purchased a Sony Bravia TV from Electricshop last year, I was happy to consider them again when I was looking for a new Home Cinema AV Receiver.

I discussed the prospective purchase with Ed, from the Sales Team, who I dealt with last year. He was extremely helpful like last time and kept me updated after I proceeded with the purchase. The product arrived on time as promised and in excellent condition.

Looking ahead, I'll be more than happy to consider Electricshop for future purchases. I recommend them highly.

All good exactly what I wanted no messing around unlike sevenoaks who'll try and take your money for an item that's not in stock and not tell you about it until you ask for a refund also it was delivered by dpd where as royal mail would have probably lost it and hermes would have stolen it

Do NOT buy anything from them. I was looking forward to buying Monitor Audio Bronze speakers and was reviewing prices over Black Friday and Christmas. I found the Monitor Audio Bronze 500 Floorstanding Speakers marked down from £799 to £499 but electricshop.com had them for £399 on Christmas Day so I immediately ordered them. They were showing in stock and ready for delivery within 3-5 days. However on the morning of 27/12/2022 I received a call from them. They advised me that they made a mistake with their pricing and could not sell me the speakers for £399 and that the actual offer price was £699. I argued with the guy on the phone that this was totally unfair especially as I had paid for them online and also because they sent me a confirmation email but he wasn’t interested or bothered and just said I would either have to pay the difference or cancel the order. I said I didn’t want to do either and just wanted the item as advertised (I even have photos and a receipt) but he just said he would be cancelling the order. I feel lied to and cheated. I would NEVER recommend this company ever! Absolutely disgusting service!

Made an online order for a shark hoover and was delighted by the genuine sense of customer care afforded to me through what was an awful delivery service through DPD .who i hasten to add lost my first item and basically didnt seem to give a damn .but Electric shop ordered me another item and i finally got delivery .would highly recommend this company and would use them again .well done Edd and Keith.

ordered my Ninja foodi max pro. on line through the web chat. Spoke to a really helpful guy called Edd. I was worried about ordering online. But I really shouldn't have! Edd couldn't have been more helpful. Only wish these bigger companies took a leaf out of this company . Will definitely be back to buy other products from this company. Thank you Edd.

Excellent service and fast delivery.

Had a query following the fast delivery of my new Sebo vacuum, i wanted a copy of the invoice. I used the web chat and was surprised when Mark phoned to make sure I’d received the message. Mark has emailed the invoice and all sorted within minutes. Pretty amazing customer service, based on this I wouldn’t hesitate to use electricshop again.

I can highly recommend Electric Shop. Mark the salesperson, was very patient & helped me place my order for a Bosch cordless Vacuum, I’m an elderly, arthritic lady & not good with technology. The Bosch is light & easy to use, it only took two days from ordering to delivery, arriving very well packaged. Thank you Electric Shop.

From start to finish , from the online chat to the delivery , I can't fault this company .

Communication great and and ease of transaction means that I will definitely use again .
I don't write many reviews however , this was worth taking the time due to the overall experience .

Service is what marks out a good company for me and boy do these guys deliver. Not only was a faulty CD player replaced the very next day, despite the issue occurring between Christmas and New Year, but when I was stupid enough to leave a test CD in the faulty unit, it was tracked down and returned to me. Excellent - thank you Mark!

This review only covers the purchase and delivery of my new TV as I haven't had chance to connect and use the TV yet it's just arrived.
I can only praise both seller (electric shop) and delivery guys (panther logistics).
Both parties kept me informed of progress with timely updates and were polite and helpful throughout.
Well done guys.
I will provide an update on the TV following installation and a sensible time of viewing to give an honest opinion.

We had an issue with the delivery of a product, beyond the remit of the electricshop. Nevertheless, the team at the shop, and particularly Ed, provided exceptional customer service and care. Ed went above and beyond to resolve the issue and kept us informed at all times. Superb service and would highly recommend. Many thanks to Ed and the team.

Absolutely brilliant service. Exceptional customer service from a guy called Ed. I needed some Bowers & Wilkins headphones quickly for a present. Not only was the price great but they were sent the same day for next day delivery. Ed even called me to keep me updated on delivery. I received then perfectly wrapped and in perfect condition.
